Physical Training

A big part of JROTC is physical fitness. Every week, we have physical training, where we exercise together for the entire class. Once a month, there is a PT test to evaluate your progress. Additionally, there is coursework focused on nutrition and heat/cold injuries to educate cadets on the safety of physical training.

  • Bend and Reach
  • Rear Lunge
  • Side Straddle Hop/ Jumping Jacks (In replacement of High Jumper)
  • Rower
  • Squat Bender
  • Windmill
  •  Forward Lunge
  •  Prone Row
  •  Bent- Leg Body Twist
  •  Push-up
